During the promotion period, Yakiniku Guu will feature a selection of fresh seafood, lamb and other seasonal ingredients, perfectly showcasing the exquisite flavors of the ocean and earth, allowing you to savor the ultimate freshness in every bite.

In the "The Pinnacle of Freshness" starting platter, customers who choose main menu Level 2 sets will receive one piece of lamb rack marinated with herbs each. Inner Mongolian lamb racks are carefully selected and seasoned with herbs. The meat is tender and juicy, exuding an enticing herbal aroma. After grilling, the fat renders out and releasing delightful aroma that makes every bite irresistible. Customers who choose main menu Level 3 or higher sets will enjoy two pieces of grilled white eel per guest which are served with eel sauce and lemon & salt sauce. The grilled white eel is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, perfectly complemented by the sweet and rich eel sauce or the refreshing lemon & salt sauce, offering a multi-layered experience for your taste buds.

Different levels of sets will feature a variety of fish and lamb dishes. Customers can order throughout their dining time via QR code. Guests choosing Level 2 sets will be able to enjoy snakehead fish soup, deep-fried capelin fish, cumin lamb meat skewers, lamb tripe skewers and Nihon Imo (Japanese Sweet Potato). Guests choosing Level 3 or higher sets can also enjoy lamb small intestine skewers, which have crispy texture after grilling that will leave you wanting more. Indulge in a variety of lamb skewers, paired with unlimited free-flow Sapporo draft beer and Japanese sake available with Level 3 or higher sets, allowing you to relish every delicious moment! The rich aroma of the grilled lamb, combined with the slight bitterness of the beer or the elegance of the sake, helps to alleviate the greasiness of the lamb while enhancing the natural flavors of the skewered ingredients.

In the self-service zone, guests can also savor a variety of fish and lamb dishes, along with seasonal offerings, including sweet potato tempura and pumpkin tempura, stir-fried beef with king oyster mushroom and garlic, and lamb dumplings in fish soup. The lamb dumplings in fish soup feature a delicious fish broth as the base, with a filling made from a blend of lamb and pork, along with scallions and seasonings. These dumplings are juicy and tender, with thin skins and generous fillings, allowing you to experience the perfect blend of fish and lamb flavors.
